$250! Such is the nature of the computer world. In a year that same card will cost only $100, in three years it will be considered junk. If I had less adult responsibilities I could always buy top-of-the-line video cards, but my conscience will only let me spend $100 on one. It's funny that I spent $100 on a 16MB card, $100 on a 64MB card, and $100 on a 128MB card. In three or four years we'll be paying $100 for a video card with 1GB on it.
