OK, to name a few things:

>>I can handle a Katana quite good
>>I can use my own Fighting style very good (Which consists of Bits and pieces from other fighting styles), it consists mainly of KenJutsu, Aikido, a little bit of Ninjitsu and a tad Karate-do. (Before you ask, it has no name, its just various things I use to defend myself)
>>as I have a constructive mind, I mostly do not need building plans to build something.
>>My More physical talents consist of the ability to block pain altogether, and heal fast.

I think that is about it, with my talents.

hate to go into martial arts politics.. but tae kwon do owns what you guys call 'karate'.. thats just some commercial thingy they teach. not much use really IMHO. what i learn't isn't even taught outside of korea. anyways i'm, well, was pretty good at that, now i can't remember much save for the discipline which got etched into me

Post Sun May 23, 2004 8:03 am

I am good at being a spy in Nation States

kimk, you can't really say whether one martial art is better than another, they all have different nuances and applications. Tae kwon do could be argued to be very unrealistic with lots of high, spinning and jumping kicks. I do judo which I don't even regard to be a proper martial art (more of a wrestling sport), but when I've tried sparring with guys at school who do other arts (TKD, Karate, Wing Chun etc), they've found it really difficult to fight with a guy who wants to get in close to them. It completely messes up what they've been taught because they expect the opponent to want to keep his distance. Equally I'm not used to people trying to kick and punch me and I tend to take a few hits before I can get close enough to throw.
