would you buy one

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Now take your files with you when you go camping!

I would buy it but I already exaused the "New USB drive" fund and the "new pocketknife fund".

I want to hate it but I can't...its actually quite a good idea.

The only thing that annoys me is that its no longer a camping tool (where's the useless "saw"??!!)...its now an attempt at a city dwelling twonk's gadget.

well if truth be told leatherman the manufacturer of those multitools brought one out with a pickle fork and a pate knife on it a couple of years ago
i nearly died laughing when they showed me it (images of oil from the car mixing with some ardenne pate on a piece of toast)

wow, until now I wasn't even aware you could get knives and forks peculiar to pate and pickles!

would not have a use for this one, as my knives tend to get wet or in water. Do have several Victornox, "Tinker" versions. Love them, just wear them out.

are we talking about this one?

cause that *updated* link brought me to the hamsters again.

and just to make sure.. its..

this that we're talking about right?
well i think its awesome to have a thumb drive attached..

The original soldier's tool

tho out in the field.. with leaves plugged into your bulletproof hat.. you arne't most likely gonna have a computer handy with you - unless its an infiltration mission where your task is to extract stuff from the comp. then again.. those things go under heavy punishment.. not sure if hte drive can handle..

EDIT: fixed image

Nice knife! And the link brought me to something about baby foxes....

It would make a good infiltration tool. Pick the lock, take the guards out, use the light for illumination and download the critical files from the computer to the memory stick. Tom Clancy will be pleased to hear about this one

They have been around for quite a while. I considered ordering one at one stage, but you can't even carry a pocket knife around Melbourne these days without fear of being charged for carrying a weapon .
