I need some sympathy

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I know how that feels, i broke three bones in my right arm ice skating once, but the ironic thing is: that was my first borken bone, and the first time i went ice skating!!
I had it in plaster for about a month and a half, and i could hardly move it when i got it out!
Hope it gets better soon!

Don't worry at least you can still move your arm and hand. I broke my arm in 4th grade (a very tragic monkey bar accident). Couldn't move my arm a whole lot for awhile. Got the splint off on Christmas. I could move it correctly after that.

We go for victory!

You got my sympathy. I know your pain. Back in Dec, I cut the end of the bone in my left thumb off with a skill saw. Barely getting back to normal even now.

Post Fri Apr 23, 2004 3:23 pm

final, what is a skill saw?

Post Fri Apr 23, 2004 3:26 pm

Portable saw, using a 7 and 1/4 inch blade. Skill is a name brand though for a circuler saw. And it Hurt.

Post Fri Apr 23, 2004 3:27 pm

ahh i see, so, did it hurt?

Post Fri Apr 23, 2004 3:32 pm

Whilst looking down at the last 3/4 to 1inch of my thumb laying wide open and held on by 1/4 inch of skin, I could not think of a word to utter, due to the pain. It took 45 min before the docture at the ER to get it shot up with pain killer, and that hurt even worse because of a lack of muscle in the mid area of the thumb. because of all of it, I now have a new definition of pain. That and the indgnaty of having to get a anti-biotic shot. No it was not in the arm. And it was a BIG Dose.

Post Fri Apr 23, 2004 3:37 pm

yeah, well i split my arm open at the elbow, and that hurt.

I'm transferring the sympathy to your neural net. *ding ding*

I don't have any interesting stories about this to tell, besides my recurring rugburn I get on every joint. Takes a week to heal, but I play dodgeball and get it every monday.
