first of all, welcome to TLR and:
if ur gonna make 2 posts really close together please use the edit button.

EDIT:
Mustang: thanks! that one takes very delecate stuff. one little wrong thing early in the process can screw you up bad towards the end. (like i said, it took 6 hours to do that much...and i havent gone thru all the steps with that one) when i find time to do it again i will find a better font so that the blur doesnt make the writing illegible...and mybe try to make a better backround than Tiles

I think the tiles offset the water effect really nicely, a bit of embossing on each tile mght make them look a little more realistic though.

yeah i don't know what happened there, the lighter tiles were supposed to stick out more

Have you actually checked that you've got one? And that the little check box is ticked? I know it sounds dumb, but I once fell foul of that
