This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I''m back again, for now

Well as many of you know i was having some major computer crashes about two weeks ago. Well to make a long story short the crashes ended up being the demise of my computer. The hardrive somehow had gotten bad sectors over the front end clusters (Nice guess Taw, i went back and checked my last post). And to go along with that somehow my cpu had somehow gotten hammered in the process also. So i just went out this Sat. and spent around $450 on new hardware for my computer. Well i just got the internet up and running but still have to do ungodly amounts of reinstalls. I'll be back sometime tonight maybe, until then.

To get the tradition out of the way, Welcome Back!!

I understand about the reinstall headachs. Every time I do a reformat, the reinstall takes me about 4 hour total time. A pain in the butt. If what I had was not so big, I would set it up, and then back it up on a disk, then drop back in when reformated. Like Ghost. One day, when I get a DVD write, maybe.

You were gone?

Just had to do that, it's fun.

I think my parents' computer is on the verge of death. They won't admit it though, but that six or seven year old pile of junk is worthless nowadays. 500MHZ Processor, 64MB RAM, and a 10GB Hard drive. Plus it crashes repeatedly.

Get a copy of PQDI or Ghost, and keep regular images on a seperate HDD or partition. It'll be the best decision you ever make .
