Hopefully it will fair better than other Portable games.
Nintendo - GameBoy and later Advance
Nintendo - Vrtual Boy
Genisis - Game Gear
Atari - LYNX
Maybe they will get it right one day

Yeah, I've got the original GameBoy and the Gameboy Advance. Advance is definitely better. I'll have to wait and see on this PSP system. Sony is untested in the portable game console department. Let's hope they have better success than Nokia.

I dont like Portable games, not even in the least bit, I think it looks kinda nerdy you know 20 year old guy walking around playing a gameboy . I would buy Playstation Portable since I like playstation in general, and it may be good to have around the house or something (like a pet!....naw) I dunno, if it suceeds it may be the only portable system I ever buy.

Cant wait to see what the Nintendo DS is all about, too. And yah, The GBA and GBA SP are both very very successful. Dont know why you said there hasnt been a good "portable" device, final.
