Not enough virtual memory?
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

ok, so we know what your system specs are, when your system is sitting idle, open task manager(ctrl-alt-del) and go to the 'performance' tab. Write down all the nubers you see and thier specs and repost them here.
On secon thought, post a screenie of the preformance tab.
Included is a picture of what you should see when you do that with optimal readings for running FL:
Ariana - you got the extension in the wrong case. My host is case sensitive about files like images etc, as is yours. You used .jpg, which is usually the photoshop extension casing, but the picture is actually .JPG extension - same format, just in caps - which is what paint commonly gives them! This is why the image didn't work til now

Click the Start button. On the menu, click control panel. Of the list on that page, near the bottom, click on System icon. When its open, on the lower part will list the amount of ram you have.

Hi Jagged,
Not all programs that run in the background are in the startup folder. What's the total number of icons in your system tray (lower right corner of desktop)? If you look at the screen shot that Arania posted on page 1, you'll see that his desktop has 4 icons, that means 4 programs running in the background.

Yah, set it as high as you want since you have a same RAM like me. I just have tuned and defraged and messed around with my computer so much that it works fine. I've got a programme called MaxMemory that clears up memory when I'm not using it.
