Why do you post here?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Why do you post here?

Basic question... why do you post on TLR?

Do you do it for fun, or is it the only social life you have?
I suspect all the answers will be the same, but I'm kinda hoping to uncover some conspiricies here

Posts with 'Mind Control' in are welcome.

It's fun....its interesting and the Theory forums are highly enlightening

I do it because I like it and it gives me something to do. It's also a learning experience because I'm learning about countries and people across the world. I also learn computer stuff from people like Taw and other cool stuff.

Otherwise it acts as a sort of 'Mind Control'. You can't leave it.

Signature? What's that?

That's a tough one... At first I wanted to find out more about the people that shared my interests, then I caught myself with people that (I dare say) fascinated me, boring them to death... After a while, it just became a habbit, and one of the rare good habbits that I developed.
Or something like this... I dunno, I'm especially clumsy with words as of late.

Careful what you wish... You just might get it.

To learn more about people. There are so many, from so many countries. There really is a lot to learn from this site and all of you people who post here. A lot of the threads I have started was to learn about people and their ideas, likes, dislikes, thoughts and so much more. I have learned that Chips is very helpful and knowledgeable in mods and willing to help people, I have learned from him to make my own mods of the game, no ships yet. From Taw and Esq, I have learned a great deal about computers that I did not know. I learned that Ss loves to write and does so very well. And so many things about others that are from countries other than the US. And that's fun.

I have no sicial life outside of here, and people dont say 'thats nice, anyway, as i was saying' whenever i say anything

There was a suspicion going on a while back thaqt sS was a psychiatrist doing an experiment...

I just come here to lock threads, it makes me feel like a big man.

Seriously it's habitual now, start up browser > favourites > TLR. The main reason I come here though, is that most people here are on a similar wavelength to myself, which is really hard for me to find in real life.

@Arania, yeah, that experiment ended with the 50 Observations and Zlothello.

I got a government grant to write a book about the social morays of forum psychology. With hope, I'll begin a lecture tour next year.

which is really hard for me to find in real life.

This IS real life, we all do exist (or not? anyway, that's philosophy), it just "long-distance"
It's only natural that we can relate to each other, in order to get "seduced" by this forum, we all have to have that "special something" in common...
If and when I find out what it really and exactly is, I'll tell you.

I post here for many reasons. Among them, the more important ones are; because I am working on my sense of humour (seriously), and because this forum enables me to help people with techical issues, etc, which is something that I enjoy doing.

I post so I can read my own brilliant writing!

I actually never thought about that question. But it's more for me to read about interesting stuff and give my opinion on it, and see how others respond to my opinions.
