well There are a lot more words then Dark to portray Evil, but beware, you have Evil and Evil, and I think "Dark" belongs in the First category of Evil, "Child Evil"
If Anyone Were Evil I don't think he would like to show it by his Name, because as one Wise person said: Actions speak Louder then Words.

I'm not so sure, for example, lots of supervillans choose evil or sinister-sounding names. While actions do speak louder than words, it's much more energy efficient to have a name that strikes fear into the hearts of the masses than having to get up off your ass every day to do something terrifying and evil.

For example (names with evil suggestions):
Voldemort
Darth <Whatever>
Mal'Ganis
Llolth (sp?)
Kane
