Terrible, terrible news ... Warlord Bob we send with you ou

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

On further testing it appears I cannot host a server, however some of my friends are helping me out a bit with an ET demo recording

I've just registered when I saw WB's name on the home page. I've read the entire thread and I think he is a truly great person.My prayers and heart truly go out to him(I'm actually crying while typing this). Maybe I'll try making a battleship mod with super pulse weapons(now what the c**p am I talking about...)

Cheat hunters will go to heaven
Good cheaters and modders will be reborn as rich men
Bad cheaters and hackers will go back to the hell whence they came from!

P.S. : Here's a quick song I found from my book, The Lord Of The Rings. It was sung by Eomer during the battle of the Pelennor Fields (fans of the book or movie should remember where Pelennor is). Hope you like it!

Mourn not overmuch! Mighty was the fallen,
meet was his ending. When his mound is raised,
women then shall weep. War now calls us!

"I know that I shall meet my fate
Somewhere among the stars above;
Those that I fight I do not hate,
Those that I guard I do not love;
My county is Kiltartan Cross
My countrymen Kiltartan's poor,
No likely end could bring them loss
Or leave them happier than before.
Nor law, nor duty bade me fight,
Nor public men, nor cheering crowds,
A lonely impulse of delight
Drove to this tumult in the stars;
The years to come seemed waste of breath,
A waste of breath the years behind
In balance with this life, this death."

(Adapted From-'An Irish Airman Forsees his death' By William Butler Yeats)

May god bring peace and happiness wherever you are right now, Bob.

I receved this from Worths mom.

Thank you for sending us the link to the Lancers Reactor forum. With tears running down our faces, we read every one of the posted messages with your responses to Worth's life and death. We love you all.

I urge the family and friends, copied, to follow the link on the attached message and scroll down the seven pages of posts. Worth spent many contented hours conversing with these fellow Freelancer players. While he never met them in person, they became his circle of friends.

Sincerely,
[mothers name

such a waste
no one should go this way
you have touched so many lives in the time you had

It flares for a moment, catches the eye, and is gone
forever by newer, brighter lights"

wow. its amazing the effect Worth had on this place, and how much death makes us realise how important life is.
again, Worth will find this in a few years, and be reminded of the effect he had on ALL the TLR patrons. may his god bless him and help him on his way.

Just wanted to say that today is Warlrd Bob's 17th birthday. We miss him and I'm sure it would have meant a lot to him that his friends are writing on this forum in memory of him. He's probably smiling cause he can read them from where he is and I'm sure he misses you too.

140 replies wont be enough to express what a great guy he's been.
I wish you all the strength and wisdom needed to get through this period of grief.

@Stepsister of WLB

Please stay tuned to TLR and visit us again for at least the rest of this week.

One of us, Locutus by name, is preparing a memorial to be put up on the TLR site in Worth's honor.

Please accept our heartfelt sympathies in your family's loss and please know that truly his passing is a loss to us as well.

Thank you.
