i hate the jap sushi.. they are so tiny. rippers. pure rippers. their rice is all messed up. the quality of their seaweed is also messed..

go to some korean restraurants. they make what's called kimbab. the nutritional value in those make jap sushi look like dead midgets. it taste much better too.

note, i'm not saying this out of patriotism. i'm basing this on pure facts.

I just grab a baguette for me and the gf on my way home from wherever I've been that day. Verry dull, I know, but tasty and it lets me skip doing the dishes that day.

Erm, i cannot believe i see macdonalds, wendy's, burger king or any other fast food junk in eat out places. Seriuosly - is that some peoples fav place to eat out?

Dam,

In Leeds, Curry, and tons of it, all over the place. Best one we found so far has got to be the height of class......its in hyde park, in an old converted public toilet ............but the food tastes good...not like s***
It used to be a place where you had to take your own alcohol cause they had no liscense, but now they have one you have to pay for beer.........which kinda sucks.

Apart from that, Chinese food all the way. There is a top notch chinese down near city center, forgotten name, costs a fortune, but MAN can they make decent stuff. Best bit is they do all that fancy preparation, and STILL give you stacks to eat. Case in point, i had a dish, which was served in a large, edible wicker basket. Seriuosly - it was made out of something edible (no, i wasn't fooled into eating chopsticks), shaped like a large wicker bowl, which had the rice in it, and then you added the rest of the meal on top . Scrumptious

the little noodle bar in Camden high st. by the main open air market. You get this big polystyrene bowl full of noodles for £1.50.
I definitely do not go to one of the ones in that little corridor over the canal where they ***** at each other and shout at customers to buy their noodles.
Anyone who's been there will know what i mean

I used to go to McDonalds a lot but I have decided to quit going there. It's not that I don't like their food anymore, I'm just a little mad at them. First of all their prices have gone way up. A few years ago, I could get a double quarter pounder meal with supersize for under $5. Now it costs more than $6 to get the regular quarter pounder meal with supersize. Secondly I'm mad at them for getting rid of super-size. They say they're doing it because they don't sell well, but I don't believe that. They're getting rid of supersize because they don't want any more of these crazy lawsuits that accuse them of making people fat. Sure they won the last lawsuit against them but sooner or later some fast-talking lawyer will convince a bunch of slobs who couldn't get out of jury duty that they need to sock it to McDonalds. Nevermind the fact that McDonalds sells completely safe and legal products and they don't force anyone to buy it. It looks like they're giving in to these health nazis and I don't like that. Part of me says it doesn't really matter if they get rid of supersize because when I ask for supersize they don't fill up the fries all the way anyway. I don't know if it's because those guys are lazy and don't care if they haven't unfolded the box all the way or if the owners are trying to pinch pennies. How much more money do they need to make on french fries anyway. They're charging you $1.49 for a nickel's worth of potatoes.

Taw - Actually, I remember you mentioning that you liked Sushi months ago. I forgot to put the emoticon in the brackets! Damn! Which type do you prefer? California Rolls? Sashimi? I had some bloody nice Sushi two days ago. I wish I had some right now ...

I do not shop at McD's or Hungry Jack's - I'm sorry, "Burger King" , etc. I dislike the food as a rule, and the atmosphere isn't terribly good.
