Auras, in my opinion, are simply a mutation in the optical tissue that allows a human to partially see into the infra-red section, because the brain doesnt recognise this signal, it somehow gets converted into a sort of 'second-layer' visible light spectrum, allowing the person the see a faint 'aura' on infra-red radiation coming from the person.

Heat levels have been proven to denote whether a person is in pain, angry, relaxed, frustrated, sleeping or something along those lines.

As for the girl who can see inside the human body...
Three explanations...
One is a possible tumor in the brain, allowing her to subconsiously absorb specific information faster that what would be typically expected from a 15-year old, allowing her to ovveride docters explanations

two, complete hoax, false diagnosis, doctor telling her real problem over her shoulder, russian dictatorship modifying what the media says.

Well, although I don't believe that this young lady is able to see with X-Ray vision, i.e., somehow project x-rays through her eyes and then see the insides of people....

It is an interesting mutation issue. X-Rays pretty much occur naturally as well. I don't know how much of it penetrates through the earth's atmosphere but if there is a quantity of "ambient" x-rays around, maybe this young lady's optic nerves are able to discern them? Her eyes don't have to emit x-rays, they only have to be able to detect them and convert them into an image signal that makes sense to her brain.

doesn't some birds have the same eyes then... if i'm right...

they see only where the prey had walked, sh*t and al that kind off things on the ground... or was that something else where the bird has no filter for...
