Humans have a sixth sense?

I was trundling around the internet while at work (as you do

), and I found this article from New Scientist. According to the article, humans may have a sixth sense which they call "mindsight", which can help to identify tiny visual discrepancies. Interesting, eh?

I think most people have had experiences similar to those tests. I don't know if I would describe it as a sense though, it's more of a subconcious thought process.

I also concur. Still, perhaps it is that process that they define as a "sense". After all, the recognition of sights, sounds, and scents all work in the same way. Still, I imagine that it is like hearing a tiny discrepancy in a music test. Surely this would be a part of our sense of hearing? Thus, wouldn't "mindsight" simply be another facet our of normal sight?

yeah i think its also a subconcius process, but a mind vision is just that, mind vision; so it wouldnt be normal seeing

that was just a hunch, she couldnt prove anything and no one was gonna rat me out so she didnt have a leg to stand on. When the court case came she couldnt present a hunch as her evidence the the judge dismissed the case.

Yeah, or at least humans have a sixth sense on the Lancersreactor. Its called spamming, and i use it right now
