I guess your meaning moving pics rather than static there. May I suggest you just read threads that baked posts in. Use his, of which he has hundreds!!!

It all depends on what you are looking for, there are different gif sites for different interests. If you have a particular interest a reliable search engine could always be helpful, if not the post what you are looking for and i'm quite sure someone will reply.
