Know what you mean. I have the porcelain-facades on both my front-teeth. Tell you the truth, it will cost you money to get them fixed.

Well, it has been some years since I've stopped eating fastfood. One reason that it can't be healthy, which I suspect will get confirmed when I receive "Fast Food Nation" in my post soon enough. You simply do not want to know what's in the burger. So, I make my own meals, stay away from sugary sodas (although I have a craving for apple cider/nectar, yummy !!!) and try not eat excessively. Not to difficult either. But I'm afraid that after the natural 'layer' has been broken through, no amount of artificial porcelain or plastic will be able to refrain from breakdown by what you eat (healthy or not...). Hope this makes sense......

When I saw the title of this post, I thought that you were referring to a mark you had achieved at school! I'm glad to see that I was wrong . Well what can we say? Be more careful in the future, and don't let some dentist rip you off .

Hehe, something like that happened to one of my friends a few months ago, except he got hit in the face with a hockey stick! It chipped a triangular hole in his top front teeth and he couldn't get it sorted out for a couple of months!

For give the dental advice, but aslong as you brush reg, it won't decay very much. There is always caps too. Then no more damage can be done. I learned the hardway through experiance, lot of crowns. Ouch!!!

You did tell your parents that it happened, right? Because its definitely something that you need to get fixed.

I've chipped my front teeth twice. The price to get them fixed relly depends on the extent of the damage, mine were relatively cheap thankfully.
