I know where you're coming from Taw. But I can't help but think that the media hasn't helped his life...I mean there's celebrity hassling and there's celebrity pounding, know what I mean?

Sadly, that's so true. After the Sarah Payne murder, The News of the World went and did the typical red-top sensationalism thang and printed a list of names of child sex offenders. Next thing you know, you have the thickest residents of an estate in Portsmouth, forcing people out of their homes because they have the same surname as the paedophile in the newspaper, or even better in one case a paediatrician was attacked by vigilantes. It would seem that mixing people thicker than 2 short planks, a very emotional issue and distributing the means by which these people could vent their anger, was perhaps one of the worst moves the newsmedia has made in recent years.

I'm ashamed to say it, but now days in the US the media runs everything. if all the media dropped little hints here that Howard dean was the best for Predisent (this is an example, i'm not saying they are) then in the end he probably would win. whatever they tell us we do and thay have portaryed MJ as horrible dissgusing and so on when We really can't tell, we don't have our own opinions any more, just BIG LIES and sometimes BIG TRUTHS. so one can never know what's really going on.

the world is lead by mass media. If someone slipped out a rumor onto the internet and leaked it to national newspapers, you could pervert the course of government or create a freaking revolution.

People are so retarded now that they accept everything they are told as gospel and have just swiched off the part of the brain that screams "THIS IS FREAKING LIES AND BULL ****" so pretty much, were all screwed.
