Where can i get...

where can i find Starlance edit (ship editor)
because the onlyone i could find is an update
that needs the previous version, if any of you
have it could you upload it or mail it to me

PS i know this is the wrong forum exept there
isn't ever anyone in the SL forums so that would
be a fat lot of help!
