I agree with Jk here, it's very yellow.
You're in year 9 *gets out his calculator* I was in year 9 once, it was 11 years ago - you make me feel old!!!
As a freelancer one encounters some strange stuff - in the the end, however, you always remain the strangest thing you are ware of.

File 404 errors abound, are you sure you've set up you're hyperlinks properly?
I couldn't access your silly songs section the .wav files just take you in a long loop. Plus when you give credit to the guy who sang the song, perhaps you should write that he sung it, not said it? (unless of course he talks his way through songs) Sorry if i seem picky but you asked from some criticism!
Oh and where's the link to TLR!?
EDIT: I highly recommend http://www.htmlgoodies.com
Oh and why do so many people expect this thread to be locked? It's staying on topic and its about a kid asking for some advice on a site he's making with some buddies about his hobbies, so there's no advertising here either.

Well to be honest, I was going to slate it. But as I've just found out you're only in year 9 I honestly can't.
Lose the yellow though, trying going for a nice clean background with contrasting text.
Also, try to get away from using NetObjects Fusion to build your sites....it will do you no favours in the long run. Get a book on HTML/Javascript and a copy of a half decent paint package (preferably Photoshop but later versions of PaintShop Pro will do for now). If ya can afford it DreamWeaver will be your daddy when you move into larger sites.
Lose the image on the right hand side, it looks like an advert and is lost in translation because the section name is at the bottom (off screen a lot of the time) rather than the top. I noticed that its the same image as at the top of each page just rotated 90 degrees clockwise...therefore its not needed. First rule of web design, if its not needed and it doesn't add to the style...lose it.
Also, check your table sizes they jump around like crazy. Your page widths are all over the place.
I'm not slating you I promise, I think its a very good effort. But if ya want a full critique or a little help, just ask

aww shucks thanks taw....
It scares me when I see people in year 9 building websites....it keeps me on my toes though....computer education and the overall access to internet resources is so strong that sooner rather than later, kids will be leaving school with the knowledge we have now. AARGGH! RUN!

I developed my first website in yr9 (and that was in 1993). However, my abilities have not advanced that far. I use Publisher nowadays!!! I wanna learn how to use Flash, and FrontPage can go jump off a cliff - however, this semester I have to develop an Intranet using said cliff jumping prog!
Oh, and in case you were wandering - YELLOW?!?

I hope you realise that if you even look at frontpage you are selling your soul, and are going to burn in hell for eternal damnation?
If you're serious about learning flash, the best website is...actionscript.org. Try out the beginners tutorials, and the forum's pretty good too (I'm there under the same name)....but the regs on the forum can be harsh to beginners asking dumb questions so make sure you use the search facility first!!
