ok im wondering if one of the moderators can answer this maybe????

people keep saying that freelancer didnt sell well and thats one of the main reason MS and DA arent making another FL

i was wondering how many registered members are there on this site ?
i know its not bound to be millions which is a number MS would have liked but its got to be up a reasonably big figure??

thank GOD theyre not making another FL. it would be kinda pointless if they did, i mean, weve already played it. I want a TOTALLY new lancer game

Who says DA isn't making another FL game ? Nobody said they are making another FL game, but nobody said they aren't either

The salesfigures for FL turned out to be quit good actually, so maybe they WILL make another FL game or some other Lancers Universe based game, who knows....

About TLR members, we currently have 14.778 registered members, the rest are lurkers. We've had 4.613.954 unique visitors so far on the site, but that number consists of members and lurkers all together.

Well I would play a sequel or a prequel or anything else FL-ish if it were to come out. ... At a minimum, it needs to be as intensively detailed as FL, AND I like the non-joystick approach. I would make the weapons handling a little less laborious, I'd make the cargo for weapons more like the commodities cargo display except that damaged weapons would list out separately while the non-damaged would display only once with the total quantity indicated instead.

In a sequel, I would add new techologies. Say, an on-board jump engine to supplement Gates and Holes and maybe some kind of weak or close range cloak detection capability for scanners.

For the SP version, I would like to have the friendly NPCs fly in better coordination with the SP player, especially one that covers my 6 better. SP Play with my own 4 ship wing.
