translations

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

@Taw

Yeah. Assist would be auxilliare but I thought Blaze wanted more to mean going to someone's aid....which I thought adiuvire was closer.... As you say, pass the acetaminophen.

why did you use periculum, which means danger? although that is the implication of the sentence, wouldn't necessitio have been a less specific and more appropriate translation of need? (I think? oh i dunno I'm not sure anymore)

Because I editorialized and because I've not used necessitio. What is its declension look like? My latin is rather segmented in vocabulary... if you can call it a vocabulary.

Using your choices, how would it read? Like this?

semper paratus in necessitii auxilliat

oh yeh i see what you mean, it's better your original way. Ecce Indicus nunc triumphat qui subegit Tawakalna, as you might say

@Blade

OK, from two dusty latin sources, you have a tentative consensus... subject to someone more learned that you may be able to go with:

semper paratus in periculum adiuvat

However, there are couple of others in TLR who are more accomplished, at least, than I am.
