If they are going after the French, I assume they are using French films, but if not then I have no clue to what you are referring. I don't remember Kung Pow very well and it doesn't sound like you could have seen the sequel yet, so I am at a loss as to what you have told me.

Watch the movie again man. The Evil Councle is from France. He's not talking about a French Film. In the "trailer" for the second film, you see evil councle pyrimids circiling around the Eifle Tower.
