This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

TWENTY TWO PERCENT!!!!!! EEEEEK!!!

Post Mon Dec 22, 2003 9:51 am

See that little period before the 22? That's a decimal place. It's only 0.22 percent, not 22 percent. 22 percent would be more than all the times I've ever eaten anything combined.

@ ff
I did warn you about this didn't I? And you said it would be okay, never become an addiction, look at you now!

ff - You're in too far now. The RPG franchise is like a black hole; you will never be able to escape! Therefore, just to drag you down deeper, have you tried Neverwinter NIghts? It's very good RPG, with lots of user-created modules to try.

Have you ever tried Exile? Its an old game... but its small and simple. What else do you expect from a game made in 1995? There is a newer, easier to use, version of the game... that is almost exactly the same... with better graphics... that takes up four times as much space... called Avernum (yeah... the newer one got the bad name). Oh... I forgot to mention... Spiderweb is the company that made it... currently it is made up of three people... putting out one or two good games a year.

www.spiderwebsoftware.com

There are some good RPGs there, and even games for Macintosh computers.

Have you tried Tron 2.0? It's not a normal fantasy rpg but it has similarities and if your computer is up to it, absolutely incredible graphics. It's the sequel to the movie. It has first person shooter for the most part but there's also light cycles and super cycles. As you progress you gain weapons patch routines and build points to upgrade yourself. If you play it USE the screen glow effect!

Sorry for bumping this thread, but I'd like to post some offtopic things about Sir Spectre's play's. I received the mail and enjoyed it immensely. Then I began to read the other play's by S_S. I was in stitches, seriously - I had to wipe the tears off my face. That didn't help much

Tawakalna: Now down to afore mentioned great matters of importence to which we were on our very way to deliver to thee.
Nickless: That statement be a mouthful.
Tawakalna: From the north, our enemy does approach to lay siege to our Town Forum. In the morning you are to go to our naval stronghold to take up defense against the Penguins.
Gromitello: Penguins come from Antarctica, 'tis in the south.
Tawakalna: Aye, I meant south.
Nickless: Actually, it be the Dutch who approach.
Tawakalna: Yay, truth be told, the Dutch approach from the south.
Nickless: The north.

Priceless, simply priceless, ROFLMAO !!!!

Edit:And this was only the early scenes, and now as I'm reading on I am in stitches and can't read continously !!! Great idea to thread in Star Wars and Chewbacca in Zlothello :p :p :p
