Silver cars are the safest on the road

Silver cars are much less likely to be involved in a serious crash than cars of other colours, suggests a new study of over 1000 cars.

It is better to aim for the stars and hit the tops of the trees than to aim for nothing and hit it dead on.

It's because they're more reflective. Honestly though, I hate how reflective cars are these days. It's getting harder to keep my eyes on the road with a sea of mirrored surfaces all directing the sunlight into my eyes. Oh and a silver car in an overcast day is actually harder to see in my opinion.

i once saw a cluster of 13 silver cars one after the other, and then 2 clusters of 5 silver cars followed by 3 clusters of 2 sliver cars. all within 10 mins of each other, weird eh

Maybe they rigged the study!
I once saw a silver car get into a crash... on a perfectly clear day... with no ice or snow or problems on the road. Biiiiiiiiig dent in the side of the silver car... I have never seen another crash under such conditions... but I once saw a U-HAUL truck stck in a ditch, rolled over on its top, during a heavy snow.
