Adios!

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

The above post is true, and by true I mean "false". It's comprised of lies, but they are entertaining lies and in the end, isn't that the real truth? The answer is "no".

Happy solstice, ballance some eggs (damn, that's equinox, then go drinking with a couple of druids)

@sS; I'll just say, "you were gone?" or would I be asking for a slap then?

Edit: Damn spelling.

I think it's highly likely Nickless.

@Nickless, that especially. I was in a rush to post and neglected to mention it. Nor did I get my emote right. is what I meant to have.

I always think it's stupid when someone says "...and the obligatory You were gone? ".
What's Obligatory anyway, I think it's a silly word the way it looks and reads and the comment in itself isn't even funny anymore. Maybe the first few times I smiled, but after a while you see everyone doing it

My guess would be Obligatory = Inevitable, wich I think is a much better word to read and write. Dunno...It just looks better. Is that silly?

Merry Christmas Card. Sorry, but I have to say this. Mexican food is not an oxymoron. I'm in Tucson and mex. food is the lifeblood. I'd die without it.

Post Sun Dec 21, 2003 3:05 am

I second the "Mexican food is lifeblood" initiative. All in favor, say "ay". Oh, and by the way: Obligatory - relating to an obligation. --- VH16

aye! I love mexican food. I like to get my enchaladas and mix them all up into somthing looking remarkably like vomit and eat it. Soooo good. I'm hungry now...

@Nickless - I couldn't put my finger on it but obligatory did sound strange. I know there is a better word but can't think of it.*

*Fun fact... average human adult can understand 50,000 words, but only uses 10,000 or so

Post Sun Dec 21, 2003 4:34 pm

VH16 explained it. And it actually makes sense, but it still is a strange word I think
