Alright! First snow of the season!
This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

I'm not able to express myself adequately due to the lack of descent knowledge of the English laguage, but I can tell it's an expression of your frustration caused by the extreme exposure to long distancce relations while they provide no adequate similarities to the real life. Because of this you become oversensitive and tend to express yourself in the manner as described above
or as my sig says:
It's better to chase a rabbit then to catch a hare...

Why thank you Taw
Back OT *saves the day with the on topic spell*
Who lives on the East coast of USA? I saw on the news (heavy) snowfall. Kinda wish we had that too. We get snow 2 or 3 times a year, nut it never stays for long. We always end up with somekind of intermediate snow. Just to cold for rain and just to hot for snow.
Would it be apropriate for me to post a blonde joke here? If not I'll delete it.
Q: Why are there no blonde snowman?
A: It's to damn hard to make the head hollow.
It's better to chase a rabbit then to catch a hare...

*zzzzzzzzzzz, snort, zzzzzzzzzzz*
*startles as he sees cue, puts down paper, clears throat*
Indy here:
Snow to report. Still lightly falling in NYC. Traffic is a little untidy. Only about 30F so it won't be too bitter crazy.
Earlier today, while at work, it was coming down bigtime. Could not see, literally, beyond about 500 feet... Neighboring buildings were obscured into ghost shapes.
It won't really "stick" in the City though. It hasn't been freezing long enough. Probably will accumulate out in the suburbs. Central Park did accumulate 5 inches though. Didn't know that constitutes a recordworthy note.
Reason why the Park would accumulate snow but the rest of the city not is because of all the underground utility service, including some steam pipes that do not run under and keep the Park grounds warm as they do under the streets.
Everyone talking about White Christmases got me to put Bing Crosby's number on my good ol' fashioned LP and it kind of put me to sleep.

Indy pls uv got to settle this argument for me!
my wife and i have been arguing over whether New York is almost entirely steam-powered for 3 yrs now. She says New York is steam-powered, i said it's just excess steam from the city power-plants that gets piped around as heating. Who is right? (it's me, isn't it?)
