XMAS virus?

Does anyone else get little pictures of Santa in a snow blizzard appear on the left side of their screen? He appears on top of stuff occasionally, and when changing pages too. However, he is wiped out by changing pages, unless he appears in my nav bar at top (IE expolrer) - at which point moving the mouse over him will return the original layout square by square. Just wondering if its me only, or if anyone else gets this, and is it possibly a little virus (nothing picked up by scanning or anything else though.....)

Anyone have a clue??
Its just annoying is all.

no idea what adventure elf is! I really do get a little box inside the window (the browser window - most times now) which has santa sat in the middle of a swirling snowstorm. When i was using AOL search it was there al the time. Funny thing is that i went to Giskards site, where i saw something pretty much the same idea (was a christmas tree in a snow storm) which changes everyday whilst Xmas is coming. Dunno what it is, you cannot click on this thing, and sometimes it 'hovers' in the top right hand corner only. If you scroll down slowly - then it sometimes comes down too - like an unmoving scroll bar. What is going on (no i haven't been smoking anything or drinking either! lol)

Hmm - I aint seen my little compadre today, but like i said, it appeared after going to Respawn. Maybe its something strange from there. However, since its gone, i aint gonna tempt fate and head back anytime soon - no offense to Giskard! lol.

It was harmless, but very annoying.
