game sequels we want but will probably never have

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

ooh thats just reminded me of another series of games that I loved as a kid...does anyone remember the "spellbound" series? (I think one of them was called "Knights Tale" or something like that?)

You played this little white knight fella who wandered around picking objects up and solving puzzles, casting spells and the like. They were awesome, very addictive.

There was another series of games that were similar, starring a disfunctional family - I think the title had "Wally" in it, but the name escapes me. It was kinda 2-d scrolling, picking up objects and completing puzzles, adventure type thing. I remember there was a lot of humour in these games, it was were most of the appeal came from.

Day of the Tentacle:
I loved how if you left it on Hogie for a while he'd let rip, belch very loudly, or pull out a burger from his ass-crack lol. It was very funny when sat down at dinner time and a huge fart would be heard from the other side of the house (I used to have the volume on loud because I had crap speakers) and my mum would say: "do that again and you can go eat with the dog!" and inevitably (Mr Anderson, lol had 2 do that) it happened again, and she wouldn't listen to me! Then about 5 minutes later Hoagie let rip again and she blamed my dad! Oh those were the days.

Tomb Raider killed the point-and-click. That was the first 3D platform game, and after that there were never any more point-and-click games!

The High Road To Revenge is a console port of it with a buncha added stuff (its not exactly a sequel) and if it is sorry for adding it. I just really liked Crimson Skies and I have heard of that Xbox thing but on PC nothing yet i guess.

@Taw & Cardamine, I like Day of the Tentacle, but not as much as Sam & Max. It just wasn't nearly as funny.

As for Monkey Islands 1 & 4 were the best in my opinion.

If you want to see the Sam & Max game trailer, go to LucasArts and check out all their current games out and in-development. I am sooo looking forward to it!!

What? LucasArts? Don't tell me Sam&Max are Jedi now

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - May 12, 2003 - Spring 2004 marks the return of interactive entertainment's most freakishly adored dog and bunny tag team, as LucasArts unleashes Sam & Max Freelance Police™ onto an unsuspecting Windows PC game buying public. The long-rumored follow up to the critically acclaimed adventure classic Sam & Max Hit the Road® plunges Sam & Max™ into a whimsical miasma of fur-flying action, hare-pulling puzzles, and unnerving cross-species jocularity.
