yahoo spamguard is retarded
it deletes the stff in the folder after its been in there for 30 days
by then.........

@taw I took your advice and installed SpamPal on my home machine....its worked a treat THANKYOU! Its successfully seperated/deleted my personal emails from 150+ spams per day...I'd recommend it to anyone....its just superb.

and such an interesting advert too, perfect for a family site like ours (not) Like anyone is interested in spam porn e-mails, free or not. and if it's free it's prob.virused right up too, hacked objects yadayada. plz I can find my own entertainment of that ilk perfectly well, i don't need someone spamming in TLR about it. <yawn>

another wierd thing happened!
when i got on the computer just now some thing popped up about spamguard, so i closed it, and its stopped every bit of spam from popping up (it makes a sund and says "spamguard spam stopped"

have you tried Outlook Express's message rules? They worked incredibly well for me-make some about messages containing common spam-words, and put rules on for about a month, after which, they will have stopped sending you stuff because they don't know if adress actually exists.

You haven't clicked any of those links in the emails that say "click here to stop receiving these messages," have you? They stop sending you emails, but they sell your adress to four or five of there buddies...

Message rules in Outlook Express don't work for me with a Hotmail account. I wish they did, because I need them. Unless I'm not doing it right.
