Behold! What do I see here??!! Two topics on the same subject! You know... normally I summon some Black Souls to torture the poster of this thread. But I'll spare you just for once! And because I can't merge two topics into one I'll just click this one!

With the increible amount of spam that goes on in this forum - i was thinking the mods should play a game with everyone. Delete the 'start new thread' option from this forum - then delete all threads over 20 days old. Now LOCK ALL THREADS. Next -when a mod comes along, they unlock one thread. Next one will lock that one, and unlock another. You have to try to keep the topics flowing from one to the next, whilst racing to get your post in as it might be locked at ANY second.
Why?
Just cause it would be interesting to see what random crap you would post compared to normal! Half the threads in here are complete and utter testicles. There should be the complete sentance rule almost - all posts should have at least 2 complete sentances - and anything such as 'lol' or a smiley is spam to be deleted and have 20 posts removed from total. There are Soooooo many people posting 'acceptable' spam that its incredible (by acceptable it means stuff like 'I agree with that' and other one sentance posts that don't actually ADD anything to a thread apart from size)
No offense all - but soooo many posters are just boosting post counts (or that is what it appears this whole forum is dedicated too..........). This simple game would keep ya all on your toes too...........

Indy11 & I did that with Mullet's spam threads. He's the poster that went on a frenzy in three threads. Mustang closed the threads, but Indy11 got a last post in, then Mustang reopened it to respond. He also reopened the main thread where most of the headache was caused by Mu. I posted and got in another post before the click, but I thought he was just going to delete Mu's posts and keep the thread open and I was protesting that. But since he closed it again. I deleted my post as it was unnecessary.
I almost always offer more than 2 sentences in response to others.
Chips you're too use to copying 100 lines of ini text from Freelancer to recognize valid small posts.

Mmmm, a thread about the number of other threads that are locked on TLR. How unexpected . Maybe if we're lucky, we can get this thread locked too! Here's hoping...
