Incredible. I remember the Pillars of Creation pics blew my mind the first time I saw them - I'd never seen anything like them in years of amateur astronomy.

Incidentally, this month's "Astronomy" magazine has an article about the Hubble including some of the best and most memorable images. Stunning.

its why i fell in love with the space simulation games, just to kick back off the engines and float in space, and homeworld and lancer games have a lot of beautiful space to look at. When i make my space shooter, its gonna be beautiful.
