Another day, another splurge....

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Another day, another splurge....

There comes a time when a man must splurge and buy something damn expensive....for me that comes every few weeks. About 2 months ago I bought myself a Creative Nomad Jukebox 3 20GB...and its hella good. But tomorrow...er...today (since its 1AM) I will have this mofo in my very hands. Mmm........

Anyone have a PDA? Know any good ones I can check out before I throw my money away again?

That's a damn nice thingy you're gonna buy yourself. Does it run Freelancer?

Btw, I didn't know Nomads built jukeboxes aswell

The first expensive thing I'm gonna buy myself will be a car, probably.
Taking drivinglessons and had about twenty of them. Doing pretty ok, imho.

there happens to be a guy i know (yr7) that has one of those, very similar model i think, and if i remember correctly, you can play AOE and simcity on that. though there isn't any mouse support

but why would you splurge on that? i'd sooner splurge on a better computer and maybe some books on how to use it.

I have a calculator on wich you can play simcity

You can program stuff, originally created for programming formula's, but soon enough everyone started to program (and download) games.

We also used to type in complete textbooks in there for tests. Than we could exchange the files we had with a cable

Nice. The coolest (and most expensive) one i've seen is a palm/cellphone/wireless modem. About 4/3/1/inches (2.54 cm per inch for the rest of the world) flip phone style and weighs nearly a pound.

@Nickless - On TI c graphing calculators you can play all sorts of games, baseball, falldown, frogger, zelda, invaders, etc. Great way to pass the time in class
