Well, I'm not gothic in the ways that I dress. I ware black alot. But not so much with the makeup or anything.

I also call myself Death from time to time. The "S" in RILMS is remenesent of the Grim Reaper.

Round these parts goths wear black nail polish(both sexes) Black, red, or orange hair, usualy, and wear lots of black with safty pins and arm warmer things. Hoodies are popular too. I would wear more black, but down here on San Antonio it get so friggin sunny...

And yes, it is vrey hot. We came back from snow skiing in Utah during the summer and it was like walking into a furnace. I think we get about two months of real winter.
