I'm afraid only .gif and .jpg (.jpeg) files work for the img function
Also when I used the link provided by your message, it gave me the red "x" symbol, suggesting that the file cannot be found.
I'll give you an example of how i would post a pic to help:

To post this, I first found a valid .gif or .jpg file on the internet and then i wrote (img=http://www.angelfire.com/theforce/recusant/dance.gif)
just replace the curvy brackets with square ones like these: [

Im not sure how you are storing your file there. The URL you have there isn't complete, to successfully link a file it must have an extension, eg www.yadayada.com/pics/picture.jpeg .

I've tried to have a look at your url seperately but im not having any luck. If you could just post the url to your picture we can have a bit of a better look to see what your doing wrong.
