Cats Rule, Dogs Drool!

Hmm lets see before we moved a couple of years ago we had:
2 dogs
7 cats
chickens
doves
fish
silkworms
and at one stage a turtle and a budjie

Now we have 2 dogs and a cat

The more I learn , the more I get to know, the more I get to know, the more I forget, so why should I learn?

sry its suppose to be budgie we couldnt bring all the pets with when we moved...so we gave most away

I used to have a bunch of cats - I took several abandoned ones, but they started reproducing so fast that Iended up with 15 cats. After I moved to the ciy, I don't have any pets (not counting my mother-in-law's bithch [oops, sorry, female dog), but that thing is not mine.

I have 7 snakes and 4 rats. I take care of a neighbor's dog a copuple of times a year when she goes on vacation, and that is about as much as I can take of a dog, I like them, but I don't want one for a full-time pet. Cats are better, but much too supercilious.

I have both a cat and two dogs. I'm split between the two species.
The cat is definitely cleaner and calmer than the dogs and is far better for petting.
But then dogs are far smarter, loyal and fun to play with.
I'd probably have to say I'm a dog person, when forced, seeing as they remain happy and bright little buggers their whole life, while cats get surlier and crankier as they get older.
