now this is the car for me

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

@ Arc - yeah but as you live in Shropshire you'll prob. keep all yer cash in yer wellies!

@steel - I really do hate you you have a Lancia as well as a boat, I used to have a Lancia and a boat until I was made to swap them for a Focus and a caravan. bah!

wellies? i dont ACTUALLY live in the countryside you know. and anyway, i keep money in banks, its a better idea in the long run, makes it more secure and you get intrest on it as well.

And i probably wont be living in shropsire for long, once my degree is up, i'm off to work for lucasarts (hopefully) and get my star wars game made.

all Shropshire people keep their wodge in their wellies its a well observed fact i've seen it at many a pig market.

true fact about Shropshire.. the only bit of dual carriageway road is the A442 expressway THROUGH Telford, all the rest is winding single lane A-road (all of which lead to Whitchurch in Cheshire, or Oswestry, for some reason?) or gwaggy B-road with many a tractor** on it. or caravans.

second true fact about Shropshire.. it has the most bizarre names for towns and villages in existence (imho so prob not a FACT in retrospect) for example Ruyton of the Eleven Towns, also known as Ruyton XI Towns. whats that supposed to mean? what 11 towns? its a village! in the middle of nowhere!

third fact.. Archie lives there stuffing his wellie boots with tenners

anyway what Star Wars game is this? are there any left that Lucasarts havent tried? will you spill the beans? or do we have to tie you to that rock at the top of the Wrekin, cover you with marmalade and let the ants eat you?

** I know 2 types of tractor, Massey Fergusons and John Dears.

Post Sat Aug 30, 2003 2:46 pm

@Taw: what did you eat a book on shropshire or something. sure its mainly rural, but i DONT live in the countryside. and NO i'm not giving up my ideas for world domination....er....star wars fame and fortune right now, that would be as stupid as a bond villain giving up his plans to bond thinking "it doesnt matter, hes gonna die anyway" (if hes gonna DIE ANYWAY, WHY TELL HIM YOUR PLAN YOU LOOSER!)

I know Shropshire well; after all, I'm only next door! used to work in Telford, used to go out with a lovely girl from Newport, and current employers have a site at Shrewsbury.
