Lol, I think because "that thread"

was an argument between only 2 people, instead of between many, as the Forum is intended to accommodate.

Btw, I was in the process of crafting my reply when it got locked, and managed to slip in the reply. As I said there, I'm sorry. No hard feelings?

One other thing. I am not saying that your response did nothing, I just think that the hostility could have been avoided by commenting in a calmer way. I understand your frustration when you made it and I don't blame you at all. I agree it did have a good effect in the big picture.

The other thread was still something that others could way in on, but the topic description wasn't that good. It does exclude others, but of course others would participate anyway.

I am going to take out the example, since it does look like I am picking on you. I didn't think of it that way at first.
