LOL, not everybody will be 16 + Driving + sober. I know a couple of people who are friends with a bottle every now and then, If you know what i mean.

Hehe, kimk, that will mean I will be driving in grade 9. It does not mean I faild couple grades, you started school earlier than I did, thats about it.

Here in Washington State there is a new type of licence called the 'Intermediate Licence'. It basically says for the first six months of having your licence, you cant drive with anybody else in the car, besides your family members.

the oldest I ran into here (it's been a while) was Boscoe many of you may not know him but I think he is still on the status of moderator and I don't know where he is but the last time I saw it he was 42
