Tech help/advice needed

Yes, you can see just fine, and yes, you read it right, I need tech help...
It's about video security systems (CCTV and alike), so if you know a good manufacturer/company that sells those...
I need them for an open secure parking lot (walls+barb wire, no roof), preferably b&w dome cameras with weather protection and IR illuminator/sensor (long range, good sensitivity(0.5 lux, and up), pan, tilt & zoom). I did Google it, but there are so many results, and so little of those results deserve my attention and time... I've sent a few "inquiry forms" to a few different companies, but I doubt that they'll meet my needs... Any help/advice is welcome.
BTW the parking is medium sized (220 parking spots, 5.90 x 2.50 meters each)

Hmmm, you'd be hard pressed to find someone with a knowledge of a security system of that size here, I could be wrong though.

Are there any local security companies in your area that can help you out?

Where would you want this secure site? in Serbia? I bet it's expensive to import foreign service. If so, I'd suggest Googling in Serbian.

Yes, the site is in Serbia, in Novi Sad (the city lacks parking space, around 40% of the cars don't have a legitimate parking, and are forced to improvise), my boss figured he'd use this huge opening (unused, grass 'n all) on the periphery of the city to build a secure parking. I (we) tried contacting local security companies, only to find that they don't sell CCTV (closed circuit TV), or advanced video survailance, they just sell classic alarm systems, and it would cost us more if they'd provide what we need. Insetad, we chose to find the equipment ourselves, and order it. Plus, we have some 30 more customers interested in security eqip. so we could order big, and re-sell it to the others, maybe even open up a dealership here... ( am I evil? )
