Stupid or creative?

This is where you can discuss your homework, family, just about anything, make strange sounds and otherwise discuss things which are really not related to the Lancer-series. Yes that means you can discuss other games.

Risky, but ingenious

Both Sometimes it's difficult to draw a distinct line between those two.

I don't have a drinking problem. I drink. I get drunk. I fall down. No problem.

Creative but risky

Stupid? No. Creative? Yes. Risky? Veeeery.
Off topic: I've seen this one before... On a battletech site, I think... So the logical question/conclusion -- You play battletech, FF?

Well, not THAT risky, forklifts tend to have to have lots of weight around the middle........like.....area so it balances out with what their lifting (so they dont tip over) so if whatever its lifting isnt near as heavy as the forklift itself (seeing as the other forklift didnt have a problem lifting up the object and the forklift together), i would think its ok, still looks really fun though

@Cpbuja: not the tabletop/RPG. I play the PC games and do enjoy the novels. I'm listed under the same name there, the difference being I'm a newbie and a recruit there, and a Colonel here . Are you a member at CBT as well?

I play table battletech, and I played 'MechWarrior 1,2,3,4 and 'MechCommander 2
I sometimes play Classical battletech, but I limit myself/my battles to 240 tons and to the Inner Sphere models. You should try the tabletop version, it's great!

Creative Doesn't look all that dangerous. Worst that could happen is whatever they're trying to lift gets smashed.

Post Thu Jun 12, 2003 8:06 am

I think it's creative and stupid all the same

I vote stupid!

Forklifts are squirrely enough on their wheels, let alone being balanced on the tines of another forklift. At least these guys were smart enough to try to lift the smaller one with the larger one. I would never get up on the top forklift. One false move and those two guys could be crushed under two forklifts and that piece of equipment.

I've seen a lot of farmers try some risky things but this takes the cake. If a guy from OSHA or an insurance company walked in on these guys they would probably faint.

Let's get those missiles ready to destroy the universe!!
