I do not think there is any sign up, those games should be free, if its about some code you need to enter, the only one I entered was air23 to log in to the games.

Anyway if it does not work go to sikids.com click on games enter above password and enjoy. my favorite is rooftop skater and the other one is P-BOMBA.
