For me it´s pretty simple, I have bought Freelancer a while ago and in the meantime I have finished the SP campaign and are currently exploring the universe and trying out all the mods that are available at the moment

There are several reasons I´m not playing Freelancer in Multiplayer:

1. Currently I only have a 56 k connection (will be getting DSL soon though)
2. I´m way to busy at the moment to extensively play MP right now, due to some changes at work (they gave me more responsibilities.....and pay )
3. If everything goes right, my first child will be born somewhere around September 12, so you can understand my priorities are somewhat different from playing games. I´m currently very busy redecorating one of my bedrooms for my child (new wallpaper, a dresser, a bedstead, new curtains etc.)

For me, it's the same reason as Wiz, haven't got the money at the moment.

I'm still playing SP whenever I have the time to play.
Haven't done everything in SP yet and there are so many mods

Besides I have exams in less than 2 weeks so gaming isn't really a priority at the moment.
After my exams I have about 3 months summer break so I guess I'll find some time to try MP than.

Money again. I am confident I could fork out 60 Euro for the game, but since I won't do the game justice on my machine (Celeron600, 128mb ram, 16mb video card), I'm not going to buy the game until I get a new computer sometime next year. Who knows, I'll be getting the Gold/Collector edition with reduced price by then?

My Computer is pittyful compared to your's FF, it's a Celeron 400, 64Meg

Got the game a few days after UK release, finished SP, still exploring everything. Occasionally play MP but have a dodgy connection so its basically lag city. MP has never really been my thing. To many spotty youngsters who will never see a real woman naked mouthing off over a chat room.

we need to set up a FL welfare program by the sounds of it , cable modems and copies of FL for all !!! unfortunatly i havn't got the credits...cash necesary

I haven't really been playing anything lately, work has been bedlam for the past two months. Weve had some major changes to implement here and in melbourne, which has meant a few trips interstate and a lot of weekend work.

But all that overtime is paying to get me off 56k and onto a new snazzy 512k ADSL line and DSL router. The local telco probably won't get the line upgraded for about 3 weeks though. So hopefully i'll be able to get on one of the servers and play a few MP games reasonably soon.





I don't really run this place but I have an understanding with the people who do.

I spend what time I do have to be around FL is spent doing server admin dutys 95% of the time. In time, I'll be back playing this game more often. For now, it's let the peeps play. I doubt I'll ever uninstall this game from my hdd.
