yep, in Run type Msconfig

In the startup tad look for something that says C:\<insert raedon dir here> and unclick it

See if there's anything in your start up folder, in start menu, and also do what Z posted.

Usually MSConfig will work...But be careful to only disable what you are looking for...Almost as dangerous as hacking the reg....

Also there should be an option somewhere in the software to tell it not to come up anymore.

I assume u got the 9700 PRO? U can check he MSConfig and u WILL find the uncheck button. If that doesnt work, look in the cards "drivers" and u can uncheck it there too.

Oh well I need to wait another week to get my copy of that card..

Did you check ALL the options in the "ATi multimedia studio" or whatever it's called? Maybe you'll find something like "show on every Windows startup" or similar...
Good luck!

just drive a jackhammer thru your radeon..that'd solve pretty much everything unless ur radeon calls for mercy.

i'm not really acquainted with radeon.. is it windows? well, if its windows..just type in msconfig in the run. and then go click the <start up> tab at the top and scroll down.. they'll have things that you never heard of b4.. so just look for something that might be relevent. if i'm not mistaken, they'll telk you if your about to stop windows from starting or sth.

or do what everyone else says.
