It's as follows:

Jingle Bells, Batman smells, Robin laid an egg, the bat-mobile lost it's wheel, and the Joker got away...

There may be other verses reguarding Batman's relationship with the comissioner...Bat-Girl and Robin...I think there's one about the Penguin too....but not sure.
