i'm trying to figure that out as well. it seems like you have to get it hosted on a server or something like that... and post its URL (address) in between(img) and (/img)

The picture you want to post has to be online. Go the page that contains the pic. When you see the pic, right-click on it and select Properties. You'll see a string of URL for that pic. Copy the whole thing and paste it to your TLR post.

Example: I want to post this pic:

http://dvdmedia.ign.com/dvd/image/osiris_02.jpg

That's the url.

now add the obligatory {img=url} so that it would look like this:

{img=http://dvdmedia.ign.com/dvd/image/osiris_02.jpg}

Remember change the "{" and "}" into "[" and ""

When you have changed them into proper brackets, the image will appear on your post:

Host the pic somewhere. If you ask nicely, some people here who have websites are generous enough to host it for you, if you don't have your own website, that is. There are some sites that offer free image hosting, but not many.

actually, if you want a screenshot or picture hosted, you can goto www.webspawner.com where you can make a page simply for the pic, you can make unlimited, its basically the cheap n00b type website pic hosting stuff, i still cant post pictures like that guy did though, i can post a link to a page hosting it, but what i really wanted to know is posting it just like that, right in between the text on my post

Ok, this is sort of my test reply, i have a pic in MY PICTURES folder i want posted here, exactly how do i do it? i tried the {img=url} thing (yes, i did understand the way you wanted me to type it) but no, i was thinking about how to post a pic thats on my computer, i click for the link and get something like a number, or something just the filename, how do i post stuff thats like, in the My Pictures or My ScreenShots folder?

i made a web page at webspawner.com... seriously for nOObs.. well, aside the point.
i cant seem to get the url for my website... the engine ain't telling me.. and i posted it directly after i went into 'modify' and 'preview' and i think you saw what happened, the box with the cross and remainder of the url, no pic. so ideas ?
