Hehe, I've always played it with the thought that it was what Wing Commander: Armada should have been. Humans vs. Humans just reminds me of Wing Commander 4 during the civil war with the border worlds. Carriers, dreadnaughts, and battleships duking it out...and then my wing of missile destroyers decloaks and unloads some serious whoop-@ss.

I've heard that there's going to be a sequel as well...but I doubt that the Roberts brothers are going to be involved. They're too busy with making their next movie. Cheers.

Their making another movie? Is it going to be about wing commander again or something different? The first one was alright but I'd rather see a privateer 3 first

Sorry, I accidentally posted that without reading all the forum threads relating to their next project. It's actually going to be a tv series. Don't really know the specific details, but it sounds like it will take place in an academy (and I know that there has already been a cartoon series of Wing Commander: Academy which lasted a whole 13 episodes). Anyways, sorry about getting your hopes up for a second wing commander movie.

Yeah, conquest was a great game, but I was disappointed that you couldn't do a Mantis or whatever-the-other-guys-were-called campaign.
