When your post count rises, so does your rank.

Here's an overview of ranks with accompanying post count:

<5 Recruit
5-25 2nd Lieutenant
25-50 1st Lieutenant
50-80 Flight Lieutenant
80-115 Captain
115-160 Flight Captain
160-225 Lt. Commander
225-300 Commander
300-400 Flight Commander
400-500 Sqdr. Commander
500-650 Major
650-800 Lt. Colonel
800-900 Colonel
900-1400 Commodore
1400-2500 Port Commodore
2500-4000 Rear Admiral
4000-6000 Vice Admiral
6000- Fleet Admiral

But remember one thing: Don´t go spamming just to rease your post count and rank. People don´t respect you when you have a high rank just because of extensive spamming ! People respect you when you have actually something to say and make a contribution to the FL community. Nobody likes people who have a post count of 1000+ in less than 4 months Heh he.....

Rankings should be a slow process unless all you do is post in TLR all day long. Which I find impossible unless you never leave your house.

Thankfully I have the ability to post while I am at work too....Working for the largest ISP based in Arkansas. (Arkansas.net)

Lately haven't had much in the way of calls.....so I have been able to spend a lot of time here....

However....It's kinda tough to post something new...When all you guys have beaten me to the good stuff...lol

yea... the thing is, i try to balance my posting in TLR and playing FL, and more often do i play Fl then post.... so ill be a lowly Lt for a while.... *Sniff*

anyway thx for the info... i thought it was connected to post count but after frecruit the count seems to disappear, so i thought it might be time, or maybe the mods choose when u get promoted
