Looking sweet MS, and I agree with MD

That model is very proffesional, and the final(?) textures are very impressive, What modeling program did you use to create this initialy, was it max?.
You might wish to approach BraveTree Productions with a veiw to offering it to them at a reasonable price. they produce content packs for Indie Developers and may well be interested in this model.

lol, maybe the turbines on the inside are round and smaller
With a concave shell protruding inwards of course...

Interesting site, Crazedmoon. I used Milkshape 3d to model and texture map the fighter. I used Photoshop to make the actual textures and Bryce 3d to render the picture (added the water and light effect).

Looks good except you put turbines inside the oval engine, which like MD said looks kind of weird. I would just make them intakes or weapon pods

hm...in Tradition of the two german fighters in SL, named after mythological figures, I would suggest something like Vampir/Vampire, Greif is Ok, Dragon/Drache perhaps...

Post Thu Mar 06, 2003 5:28 pm

Nah, Pegasus doesn't sound fear inspiring enough.

How about Scorpion or Mako Shark?

mako heh. if you've ever played tachyon, that name wouldnt inspire much fear.
excellent model, when i make them i can never get them that rounded, and i've never figured out how to skin properly

Could name it The Vampire, admittedly it's been used before (1st british jet fighter an all) but it might instill fear to those against
