We need more information. AGP or PCI-Express? Resolution? ATI or nV? How much do you want to spend, etc, etc.

how is the ati all in wonder 2006 edition thats what microsoft recomends for gameing.

You should consider an nV 8800 if you have the money. It is an excellent card, and is not as expensive as the 8800GTX. Of course, ATI's new card (allegedly being released on January 30 or so) is supposed to be better, and even if it is not, the prices for nV's cards should fall anyway. Hence, I'd wait.

No problem. The 8800 series are "high-end" though, however you could always pick up a cheap 7900GTX if you don't care about DX10 functionality.
