Not sure if you are still having this problem after over a month, but I suggest downloading a system map program on this site. Although it is meant for a modding tool, I suggest using FL Explorer as it allows you to delve in depth into the systems and see what you're looking for.

Beware however, this tool will spoil the game for you as it shows the location of wrecks, jumpholes, and everything else. Only use this to quickly see what you are looking for or if you do not care about having the game spoiled for you.

In omega 41, you're point of reference is the neutron star. The freeport is roughly between the Omicron Theta and Omicron Gamma jumpholes. (roughly south east of the neutron star)
If you can get to the freeport in Omicron Theta, you can probably get a few bribes for the Zoners, Corsairs and Bounty Hunters. Once you do that, you'll pretty much have unhindered access to the Omega-41 system.
